Property Manager:- Mr Gary J Getty (BA Hons) MCIH
After helping run a successful family business in Retail, Mr Getty completed a Diploma in Retail Management before achieving an Honours Degree in Marketing with Retail Management. During this time and with expert guidance from his mother, he gained the skills required for property management and Real Estate investment.
Qualified in Letting and Managing Residential Property
Aside from gaining an Intermediate Health and Safety Certificate from The Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland, Mr Getty also holds a Customer Service Professional Award through COSLA and, as per the Letting Agent Code of Practice, The Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Certificate in Letting and Managing Residential Property through Landlord Accreditation Scotland.

Mr Getty is a registered member of Property Redress Scheme and is approved by Government under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015 and authorised by the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team to offer redress to consumers of Estate Agents under the Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Act 2007. The Property Redress Scheme is also authorised by the Department of Communities and Local Government to offer redress to consumers of Letting and Property Management Agents under the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.
